I think the way people explain their experiences can be just as important as the ratings they give. A detailed comment describing what happened and how the situation was handled gives readers something concrete to consider. A simple one-star or five-star rating doesn't provide that context. Do you usually spend time reading the full comments, or do you first look at the general rating and then decide whether further research is necessary? I'm curious how other people approach this.

There are a few basic things I consider when evaluating an unfamiliar website. Is the information easy to find? Are the conditions explained clearly? Can visitors understand what the service offers without having to guess? These details might seem simple, but they can make the overall experience much easier to evaluate. I also find it useful to look at independent feedback, including the comments available at. Rather than focusing only on the average rating, I would check whether people explain their opinions and whether similar points appear in multiple reviews. Combining those observations with the information published by the platform itself gives a more balanced starting point for making a decision.
